FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST McCOMB PERSONNEL
The form may be picked up at the McComb Police Department, or downloaded here.
Complaints against Officers or Employees MUST be filled out on the McComb Police Department Complaint Form. The form must state the nature of the complaint and MUST be notarized.
The Officer or Employee who is the subject of the complaint will receive a copy of the complaint in a timely manner, as well as a copy of the written reply explaining action to be taken on the complaint. To be considered by the Chief of Police, the complaint must be:

- Incident or offense reports can be taken by the officer on scene or at the McComb Law Enforcement Complex any hour of the day.
- When someone files charges, they essentially "swear out" an affidavit against another person which has to be completed at the McComb Law Enforcement Complex any hour of the day.
